| John Sells
John Sells is a principal
at The Soco Studio, and brings over 15 years of general construction
experience, and construction material sales expertise to The Soco Studio.
As a private construction
business owner, Mr. Sells has worked extensively in the residential and
commercial building world, with extensive experience in hotel, condominium and
apartment construction and renovation, which was his primary focus for the past
13 years. Mr. Sells has also built
several dozen custom homes in Durango and Telluride, Colorado in the role of
master builder, responsible for both construction and financing of these
projects.
Previously, he was
responsible for the Northern Colorado region for Milgard Manufacturing Inc, an
$800 million subsidiary of the Masco Corporation, providing residential
construction materials to some of the nation’s largest home builders.
Mr. Sells holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree from Colorado State University and holds several building
licenses and certifications, including licensure through the International Code
Council and the American Architectural Manufacturers Association. |

Jeremy J. Grigg is a principal
at The Soco Studio with a background in Private Equity and technology,
currently working with Tekonomix Partners (a corporate services firm), Amhurst
Capital Partners (a venture capital fund-of-funds), and consulting privately with
private equity groups and small companies seeking capital assistance. Formerly
global lead analyst on Finance at Gartner, Inc (the world’s largest research and advisory
firm) advising on over $800 billion of technology acquisitions, and Chief Financial Officer
of Indonesia’s largest telecommunications outsourcing firm, Mr Grigg
also
successfully started Decisive Publishing, Australia’s largest
telecommunications newsletter publishing firm after building a
market-making
business in share index options on the Hong Kong Futures Exchange.
During the early 1990s,
Mr. Grigg served as an Economic Advisor to the Australian Shadow Ministers for
Finance and Land Transport, and as a private Secretary to the Australian
Capital Territory, Minister for Health, Education, and Arts.
Mr. Grigg holds a Bachelor
of Economics Degree from the Australian National University and a Certificate
in Financial Markets from the Securities Institute of Australia. He was a
registered trader with the Hong Kong Futures Exchange and also serves as a fellow
of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |
| Zachary Springborn
Zachary Springborn is a principal at The Soco Studio with over 15 years of experience in financial markets, private capital, and technology. Mr. Springborn started his window career in Denver, CO in 1995 selling windows for Builders Square. Prior to joining The Soco Studio, Mr. Springborn spent 5 years at Investors Guaranty in financial services, and 10 years at Bloomberg L.P. creating new markets and opportunities in insurance, energy, and trading markets. He also works with Mr. Grigg as a principal of Tekonomix Partners with a focus on capital raising and joint venture facilitation. Mr. Springborn holds a finance degree from Colorado State University, and is a founding member of Springborn.org a grass-roots community oriented service organization. |
